The student has a good command on matters pertaining to the financial management of organizations, has the skills required to act in different tasks of the work community and knows how to implement different types of enterprise resource planning systems. The course-specific learning objectives are as follows:
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION 2 cr
- The student is familiar with financial administration in organizations and has the skills required to identify patterns of interaction between the environment and the economy. The student is also familiar with the monitoring and documentation systems in financial administration.
ACTING IN THE WORK COMMUNITY 2 cr.
- The student is familiar with the ethics of management and different forms of leadership in Finnish society and is also able to act in different working environments.
OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS IN ORGANZATIONS 4 cr.
- The student is familiar with different types of operational planning systems and is aware of their significance as a tool for developing organizational functioning.
