Outcomes

After completing the module, the student is able:
• to utilize basic tools in 3D -modelling and -animation
• to set up lighting in 3D -world
• to texturize 3D -objects
• to understand where to use 3D modelling
• to create 3D content for video games.

Tools and software to be used:
Autodesk3DS Max, Autodesk Mudbox, Autodesk Motion Builder, Unity 3D, Unreal Engine,Adobe Photoshop. Other tools and software will be briefly demonstrated

During close contact sessions the students will follow the instructor's presentation and follow up with the lab computer or own laptop that is capable to run required 3D-software.
The students will receive laboratory assigments to be done before the next close contact session.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners but requires attendance due the chronological structure. If you miss a session it will we harder to follow the next session. The timetable and the content of each close contact session is available at Office Teams folder.

additional final task for grades 2-5.
